Successful journalist and writer as well as a columnist for the newspaper Libero, he has also written for Tempo and Giornale. He has published three best-selling novels, winning the Hemingwai, Italian Champion and Castiglioncello Awards respectively. Former vice-president of the Milan Musical Afternoons, he was been a member of the Triennale's Board of Trustees and deals with the cultural programs of the Rai.
