Prof. GianDomenico Palka

Ordinary Professor at the G.D'Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara. Former Director of the school of specialization in medical genetics of the same university and Director of the human genetics department of the civilian hospital of Pescara, he conducted studies in oncological cytogenetic, constitutional genetic pathology (male infertility), identification of genes responsible for Duane's syndrome and the genetics of breast cancer. He has published 150 articles in international scientific journals, including the recent publication (2017) of the American journal "PLOS ONE" of the results of a study on the fetal cells of 209 pregnant women.
